We understand that life can throw curveballs. If you need to pick up your baby early for a doctor’s appointment or therapy, simply make arrangements with our baby section staff. We’re here to make life easier for you.

Your child’s safety is paramount. We request that parents personally hand over their babies/toddlers to our staff and sign our register. Likewise, when it’s time to collect your baby, a staff member will personally hand them over to you. For added security, we must be informed if a designated adult is picking up your child, and we’ll need their ID and contact details.

At Jen’s Baby Care Centre, we provide specialized care for babies from 3 months and up. Our dedicated teachers and minders ensure age-appropriate stimulation and learning through play. We understand the challenges of returning to work after having a baby and promise to care for your little one as if they were our own, giving you complete peace of mind.

At Jen’s Baby Care Centre, we’re all about supporting working families. That’s why we operate year-round, with no interruptions for school holidays. We understand that business never stops, and neither do we.

We’re here to support you, whether you’re planning a family getaway or just need a day off. If you choose to take leave from your workplace, we’ll pro-rata the cost for that period, ensuring you don’t pay for the days your child isn’t with us.

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. You’ll receive monthly updates on your child’s progress, including important details like the number of diapers changed, bottles consumed, and sleep patterns. It’s our way of keeping you connected to your little one’s daily “happenings.”

Our commitment to you includes daily communication through check-in sheets found in the message books you receive each day. To keep your baby comfortable, please ensure their bag contains the following items daily:

• Nappies
• Wet wipes
• Creams
• Spare clothes
• Bottles
• Milk/Formula**
• Food**
• Dummy (if used) on a clip
• Bibs/spit cloths
• Swaddling blanket
• Hats (for sunny days)
• Beanie (for colder weather)
• Teething items (not frozen)

Milk / Formula / Food Parents are requested to provide food for their children to eat or the formula for their bottles. Please make a note in the message books to inform us of meal preferences, quantities, and feeding times.

We prioritize your baby’s development through carefully planned activities that cater to their individual needs. Our program integrates a variety of sensory experiences to stimulate their senses and promote overall growth. Our facility offers a safe, hygienic environment for your baby. During the day, we maintain rigorous hygiene standards, sanitizing hands and surfaces, and using disposable gloves during nappy changes.
